Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Shipping & Delivery
At NOVA, each fragrance is carefully packed to preserve its delicate botanical composition. We ship both locally across Armenia and internationally.
Yerevan Delivery: 1-2 business days (Free for orders over 20,000 AMD).
Regional Armenia: 2-4 business days.
International Delivery: 7-14 business days via registered postal service.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the personal and cosmetic nature of niche perfumery, we are only able to accept returns on products that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed cellophane packaging within 14 days of delivery.
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at concierge@novafragrances.com before sending the package back.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photograph immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
